"Zeus Hotel Management" is a new revolutionary
software able to perform all hotel management
operations, from basic accounting to housekeeping
and to keep track of all reservations, coming
from the hotel directly, from agents around the
world or from the hotel's web site.
What is new about the system is the ability to
communicate with the web site directly from where
agents and regular clients can make reservations,
have them confirmed, pay an advance (if required),
and get a voucher, all in a single operation.
The web site part of the system is already available
and consists in a Content Management System from
where it is possible to modify any page of the
web site (pictures, content, rates, etc) and a
Reservations Module from where clients can book
their rooms in a matter of few minutes. Additional
modules can be used to sell directly from the
web other related services, such as excursions,
transportation, diving, etc.
The "Front Desk" part of the software,
which will be released in March 2006, is able
to perform all basic hotel management operations,
such an unified control of all client's bills
(from minibar to restaurant to laundry service),
check the performance of the kitchen, housekeeping,
print bills and perform some basic accounting.
The Zeus System, with its affordable price, is
aimed mostly to medium and small sized hotels
and resorts.
